Data processed and purposes
Identity, contact, reservation, accommodation, and transaction security data may be processed for the purposes of carrying out reservation processes, providing services, communicating with customers, ensuring security, and fulfilling legal obligations.
Legal basis and transfer
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, legitimate interest, and, where necessary, explicit consent. Data may only be transferred to authorized institutions and to business partners required by the service, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Your rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, to learn the third parties to whom your data has been transferred, and to object to processing under the conditions set out by law.
